Feminine Business Coaching at Essence of Juji
Being an woman entrepreneur in this world is deeply creative work that flows into intuitive leadership and expansion.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit. Before Essence of Juji came to be, I had several other businesses (most of them also related to wellness), and what is interesting is that they all had the same things in common; I started each business from scratch. I had no clients when I began, no investment but instead I used my own (pocket) money to get things going, and have always invested my time and energy into understanding what I needed to know, so I am proud to say I have done everything myself.
Nonetheless, this path also had its pitfalls. Despite wanting to perform, act, achieve and do the same things every day, it can easily lead to burnout, feeling overwhelmed, forgetting why you do what you do if you are ignoring your body’s cues, whispers, intuition and guidance. Many entrepreneurial women and women in leadership positions can experience this as the main focus of living in a patriarchal world is often on achieving, performing and scaling in a way that might not always benefit the Earth, the body, the feminine. Moreover, we should not forget that having a foundation rooted in knowing your cycle and her phases, having respect for our health, Womb and body, is fundamental as the real clarity, insights, wisdom and understanding on how to lead, time, and move within your business will flow best when we embrace rather than ignore our cyclical wisdom. These things are not taught normally, which is why Feminine (Business) Coaching came to be to nurture a matriarchal way of doing business.
Learning how to navigate, move, create, express and build by working with your cycle will change your business entirely. Your business will become magnetic as you will honour the flow of your body and your business instead of projecting a patriarchal expectation, movement and action that will likely burn you out.
Instead of fully operating from our yáng energy, you will learn to understand that nurturing your yīn at the foundation will be the missing piece in how you run your business. Real growth happens when the soil is healthy, nurtured and respected, knowing it will sprout the seeds when the time is there.

Feminine (Business) Coaching: €90,00 per session (1 hour session) excl. VAT
Sessions can be held online or at my practice in Amsterdam.
