Yin Restorative Evening

€15.00

In Chinese medicine, Yin is the essence of rest, restoration, and nourishment. It is the cool, fluid, and receptive energy that supports our body’s deepest reserves — nourishing the blood, tissues, and all parts of our being.

In a world that often prioritizes movement, productivity, and activity (Yang), it is easy to neglect our Yin. Yet, true vitality comes from balance of Yin and Yang. When our Yin is depleted for example, we may experience dryness, insomnia, anxiety, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, or a sense of being ungrounded.

At Essence of Juji, I’ll be offering weekly restorative meditation and movement evenings to relax, recharge and restore our Yin.

Nourish Your Yin Through A Restorative Practice

Practicing meditation, intentional slow movements in combination with conscious breathing supports the body’s natural ability to restore and replenish itself. Rooted in stillness and deep relaxation, this practice encourages the nervous system to shift into a parasympathetic state, promoting rest, digestion, and healing - and nourishing our Yin.

Slow movements help release physical tension, improve circulation, and regulate the flow of Qi and Blood. Meditation and breathwork (pranayama) calm the mind, deepen the breath, and enhance the body's ability to absorb and store energy.

We will practice:

  • Intuitive & conscious movements

  • Self acupressure to connect with your energy system and body more deeply

  • Pranayama/breathing exercises & meditation

  • Cultivating a present & compassionate connection to your body-womb-mind-spirit

  • Connecting with others (if you wish) & intentional moments of sharing

  • Variety of different things like pulling cards, lighting candles, and other gentle activities

This evening is dedicated to you and your practice to practice intentional self care.
